Cooperlemon Consulting Limited (Zambia) and ConsultingIreland are pleased to announce that they have entered into a Memorandum of understanding (MoU) which was signed on the 28th October, 2022. ConsultingIreland and Cooperlemon Consulting Limited intend to promote the synergies between the two organisations in providing expertise and financial support with the collaborative intention of expanding the investment and commercial portfolios based on the signed MoU.

ConsultingIreland and Cooperlemon Consulting Limited intend to promote the synergies between the two organisations in providing expertise and financial support with the collaborative intention of expanding the investment and commercial portfolios based on the signed MoU.
BACKGROUND
Cooperlemon Consulting Limited is a young and vibrant team of consultants with experience in he mining, geology, legal, corporate governance and tourism spanning over 25 years. Cooperlemon Consultancy Limited is a registered firm that specialises in mining, agritech, tourism and other sectors. It has a team of accredited professionals who offer modern day solutions and extensive knowledge of everyday business needs and ensure that operations and transactions are profitable and help each client meet their business goals.
EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE MOU
Both companies believe the signing of the MoU will result in the growth and profitability of both businesses by way of enhanced coordination in standardisation activities taking place in Zambia, and other African Countries, enabling cooperation, expertise and support in a wide range of projects from private investment opportunities to international investments, including International Financial Institutions (IFIs) such as the World Bank, EU, African Development Bank and credit facilities.

- All parties to an investment agreement facilitated under this MOU satisfy the Due Diligence Standards.
- Access to its client portfolio for investment and collaborative opportunities.
- All businesses/companies/organisations introduced by ConsultingIreland will be paid on each project/contract that Cooperlemon/works with these entities.
CONSULTING IRELAND
- Identification of IFI/Publication Procurement Projects in Zambia, which match specific
projects by Cooperlemon, within its key areas of focus e.g. Mining, Tourism, Energy, Ariculture. - Developing a strategic approach to identifying deals and winning business.
- Tracking Opportunities.
- Training and Mentoring/workshops/seminars etc
- Pairing Irish/European partners with Zambian Partners to help win projects
- Finance/Funding/investors and structuring of deals
- ConsultingIreland will ensure all businesses/companies/organisations introduced by
Cooperlemon will continue to be deemed to be as customers/clients of Cooperlemon.
